Career AcceleratorMayur studied Business at the University of Nottingham where he was voted in 6 leadership positions, including Global Student Delegate, Business School President and Enactus Team Leader. He took part in the Year Here postgraduate in London which acted as the launchpad for setting up his business, Career Accelerator.
Mayur is a frequent guest speaker talking about education, diversity and inclusion and technology, and has spoken at events in collaboration with Vodafone, Stonewall, UK Black Pride, LinkedIn, Spirax Sarco, the Labour Party and Teach First.
Mayur has contributed towards 2 books – DiversityEd and 26 Friends: Lessons to Learn Before It’s Too Late.

Christine Kinnear

With Insight EducationChristine is the Founder & CEO of With Insight Education C.I.C., which has the social mission of increasing the number of black-heritage pupils progressing to top ranked universities as a gateway to a more prosperous future.
Her organisation has supported pupils to secure places at top universities including Cambridge, Bristol and Kings College London and is now increasingly working with companies that are keen to nurture a pipeline of black talent.
Christine was awarded the Warrior Women Changemaker award in 2020 and sits on several educational and diversity boards including Causeway Education, City Lit and the AccessHE BAME forum.

Patricia Mbangui
Centre Leader, IntoUniversity Walworth
Patricia studied English Literature at The University of Warwick.
She then joined the Teach First Leadership Development programme as part of the 2016 cohort.
For two years, she taught Maths at secondary level in Ipswich as well as running a Pupil Premium mentoring programme within her department.
After a year of teaching Maths in an Ark school in North London, she moved on to be Head of London at CoachBright.
She has since joined IntoUniversity as the Centre Leader for Walworth.

Laura North

We SpeakLaura runs We Speak which transforms the speaking confidence of young people from under-represented backgrounds.
We Speak trains corporate employees in communications and mentoring skills, which they use to support the students during a 4-week online programme. Companies include Investec, Wavemaker, Just Eat and General Electric.
Laura published a report on building speaking confidence during a Fellowship at the University of the Arts London and won a Teaching Award.
We Speak is a winner of Investec Beyond Business, UnLtd Award and is supported by the SSE Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs programme.
