Why do we want to connect students and employers?

Employers are keener than ever to engage with young people during their time in schools and colleges.

Awareness of inequality in education and employment has played a significant part in this, as has seeing the benefits of creating a pipeline for new talent.

It's challenging for companies to find practical ways to access a diverse new talent pool, so the big question is: How do we do it?
